Learning and Development

At Adoption East Midlands, we offer a comprehensive learning and development programme covering an array of adoption related topics.  These can take the form of virtual learning (via Microsoft Teams), face-to-face workshops (alternating between Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire venues), support sessions and independent learning. The programme should provide you with useful information and resources during whatever stage you are at in the process. 

Independent learning will be instrumental in your adoption journey, and we can signpost you to a range of different materials to suit each individual learning style. We would strongly recommend that you spend time learning about adoption during Stage 1 and to build on your knowledge and understanding by accessing the e-learning modules, webinars, videos and resources available on this Support Hub and CATCH platform (CATCH).
