FASD research participants needed

Rebecca Govan is a registered social worker and doctoral researcher at Birmingham City University. She is also an adoptive parent to a daughter who has a working diagnosis of Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).

Rebecca is looking for parents of children suspected to have or diagnosed with FASD to contribute to research into post adoption social work with families caring for children with suspected or diagnosed FASD. Families need to be located in England and have a full adoption order in place.

Participating in this research will involve taking part in four one-hour long online focus groups.

If you are interested in taking part in this research or would like to learn more about the study please get in touch with Rebecca at rebecca.govan2@bcu.ac.uk. See also the FASD research volunteers flyer [PNG] for more information.
