Would you like to be a Pensioner Representative?

We are looking for 2 pensioner representatives to join the Nottinghamshire Pension Fund Committee.

The main duties and responsibilities of the Representatives include contributing views on:

• Attending 8 Pension Fund Committee meetings a year plus other training events and Working Party meetings
• Any proposed changes to the Pension Scheme;
• Issues concerning communications between the Administering Authority, pensioners, deferred and active contributors;
• Fund administration matters including the use of discretionary powers, the consideration of policies in relation to late payment of employer’s contributions and risk management processes.
