We’re making payments to some members
Over the course of 2017 and 2018, we reduced the cost of life cover provided by some of our pension products.
We’ve looked at how much was paid for life cover between 31 December 2014 and when the reduced charges came into effect. The charges we applied were correct, although we would have liked to have reduced these sooner. To reflect this, we’ve decided to make one-off payments to some members.
How we’ll make these payments
Payments will be tax free and we will send cheques out to members over the next few months, subject to us having correct address details.
